Each class features food storage and preparation tips, cooking
techniques, invaluable nutrition information, resources for natural foods and
products, recipes, ample tastings of the menu prepared and MORE!
Cost: A free will donation will be graciously accepted at each sample class.  
       All other classes are $45 each .  
       If you register for 2 or more classes you will receive a discount of $5 off of each class.   
       That's only $160 if you register for the entire series!!  
       Cash, check, money order, credit card, bank and Pay Pal payments are accepted.

48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refunds are available if reservations are canceled at least
48 hours before class.
